Students Take Part in Poverty Simulation
As part of the event, students role-played the lives of low-income families and the struggles they face when trying to provide for their families.
A poverty simulation was held at Buena Vista University on Feb. 27 to help participants understand the challenges of living an impoverished lifestyle. As part of the event, students role-played the lives of low-income families and the struggles they face when trying to provide basic necessities for their families.
The simulation was part of the University's Academic and Cultural Events Series (ACES).
