Second Annual BVU Women Making History Event on March 23

Panel discussion features four BVU alumnae and the successes they have achieved

Friends and alumni joined the Giving Tuesday effort at Buena Vista University and contributed $48,931 to any one of 23 specific funds.

Buena Vista University invites the public to attend the Second Annual BVU Women Making History event on Thursday, March 23, to celebrate Women’s History Month. This panel discussion will feature four BVU alumnae and the successes that they have achieved.

Panelists include:

•    Dr. Stacey (Weaver) Cole ’96, Superintendent for the Storm Lake Community School District.
•    Courtney (Kemp) Anders ’05, Vice President of Legal Affairs for Warner Brothers Television in Calif.
•    Jen (Stork) List ’07, Senior Manager for Ernst & Young, LLP.
•    Dr. Kimberly Perez ’13, Immunology Research Scientist at Moderna.

The panel presentation takes place from 3-4 p.m. in Anderson Auditorium. This event is free and open to the public. For more information, see events.bvu.edu.
