In "Running, Reading, and Reflecting," students are motivated to fit physical activity into their busy lives. They keep track of their progress with a daily journal and exercise log to use as the basis for a reflection paper.
In Ms. Andriette Wickstrom’s interim course, "Running, Reading, and Reflecting," students are motivated to fit physical activity into their busy lives. One goal students are encourage to make is to work up to the 5K (3.1 mile) distance by the end of the course. They keep track of their progress with a daily journal and exercise log to use as the basis for a reflection paper.
