Finding time for physical activity in our day-to-day lives can seem like quite the challenge. In Ms. Andriette Wickstrom's Interim Class, Running, Reading, and Reflecting, students are encouraged to fit physical activity and exercise into their busy lives by focusing on the three A's of running - Athletics, Academics, and Aesthetics. Innovative activities, such as the "hula run," keep the class interesting and engaging for all the students.
