BVU, Seaboard Triumph Foods Join In Strategic Partnership

Collaboration with Buena Vista University broadens educational benefits for Seaboard Triumph Foods employees and their eligible family members.

Buena Vista University (BVU) and Seaboard Triumph Foods have formed a Strategic Partnership to enhance the well-being of the communities and individuals they serve, mutually benefiting both organizations.

This partnership allows for employees of Seaboard Triumph Foods, as well as eligible family members of full-time employees, to receive grant funding to lower the overall cost per credit hour while enrolled in BVU’s convenient online undergraduate programs or the organizational leadership graduate program. Partner grant funding also lowers the cost of education for students enrolled in classes at BVU’s Storm Lake campus.

“We are thrilled to partner with BVU to provide our employees and their families with an additional resource for personal and professional growth,” says Seaboard Triumph Foods Communications Manager Riley Kohn. “This partnership not only demonstrates our commitment to investing in our people but also reinforces our core vision at STF: ‘A place where we all belong, working as one to build our future.’ Every collaboration we pursue is guided by this philosophy. By offering opportunities like this, we’re not just enhancing our employees’ development but also contributing to the well-being of their families and the communities we serve. We are proud to be part of a journey that supports lifelong learning and growth, empowering our employees to achieve their fullest potential.”
