BVU, Boyer Valley schools strengthen ties through Strategic Partnership
To provide educational benefits to employees and eligible family members, the Boyer Valley Community School District joins BVU in a Strategic Partnership.
Buena Vista University (BVU) and Boyer Valley Community School District (Boyer Valley CSD) have unified in a Strategic Partnership, working together to provide educational opportunities and uplift the community.
This partnership allows for employees of Boyer Valley CSD, as well as eligible family members of full-time employees, to receive grant funding to lower the overall cost of education while enrolled in classes at BVU’s Storm Lake campus. Partner grant funding also lowers the cost per credit hour for students enrolled in BVU’s convenient online/hybrid undergraduate programs or the organizational leadership graduate program.
BVU professors and staff are also available for training programs, workshops, and more should officials with Boyer Valley CSD seek those services and expertise.

The Boyer Valley CSD has more than 110 employees that serve approximately 400 students in grades PK-12. The district has an elementary school in Dow City and a middle school/high school in Dunlap that educate students from four counties: Crawford, Harrison, Monona, and Shelby.
