Three Beaver sports celebrate big days with alumni on campus, April 15.

Three sports celebrate big days with alumni on campus, April 15. Please come back and connect with Beaver teammates while watching – or taking part – in the action.

First, we invite all soccer alumni to J. Leslie Rollins Stadium and Peterson Field to celebrate the 2023 Alumni Soccer Games!

The Beavers kick off the day with a free BVU Soccer Youth Day from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Alumni games start at 3 p.m. with the women playing first, and men starting at 5 p.m. Following the games, join us at Puff's for an alumni social in conjunction with the BVU Baseball Alumni Weekend. Appetizers will be provided with a cash bar available.

Below is the full schedule. Let us know if you are attending by April 8. 
Saturday, April 15
11 a.m. - 1 p.m.: BVU Soccer Youth Day 
3 - 5 p.m.: Women’s Alumni Soccer Game
5 - 7 p.m.: Men’s Alumni Soccer Game
7 p.m.: Postgame Social at Puff’s

Additionally, BVU welcomes baseball alumni and friends to BVU and the Storm Lake High School baseball field to celebrate Buena Vista University’s 2023 Baseball Alumni Weekend on April 15.

The baseball team faces Coe College starting Friday, April 14 at 6 p.m., then hosts a double-header Saturday at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Special recognition for recent BVU Athletics Hall of Fame Inductee Brandon Pietrzyk will take place between the games on Saturday. We will also recognize baseball alumni present.

Following the Saturday games, we invite you to join us at Puff's for a postgame social in conjunction with the Men's and Women's Soccer Alumni Weekend. Appetizers will be provided with a cash bar available.

6 p.m.:  Game 1
