Web & Marketing Writer
The Web & Marketing Writer position requires a self-driven, outgoing personality that can take direction and work collaboratively with a highly creative team. This position is responsible to support brand promotion to various audiences via effective writing through marketing and web channels. A full understanding of segment marketing, use of persuasive hooks to attract reader attention and a working knowledge of search engine optimization are key to this position. A high level of interpersonal skills and professionalism are necessary to network with faculty, staff, students and alumni to seek and write compelling brand message stories. Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience working with web and direct mail writing are required. A bachelor’s degree is required along with prior marketing and web writing experience. A background check will be conducted on the final candidate.
