Robert A. Hill, PhD, received his master’s degree from Norfolk State University in Urban Education: School Counseling and a doctorate in Educational Management from Hampton University.  Dr. Hill is a practicing School Counselor and has been afforded the opportunity to work on every level from kindergarten to post-secondary education.   With extensive research in academic advising and leadership, he strives to improve student success and institutional outcomes through innovative strategies and evidence-based practices.
