Dr. Robert Hill holds a Master’s degree in Urban Education: School Counseling from Norfolk State University and a Doctorate in Educational Management from Hampton University. As a dedicated and experienced School Counselor, he has served students at every level — from kindergarten to post-secondary education. With a strong research background in academic advising and leadership, Dr. Hill is passionate about advancing student success and improving institutional outcomes through innovative strategies and evidence-based practices.
