Timeline of the entire Room Draw process for the 2012-2013 academic year
| Tuesday, February 28 | Website used to calculate individual point totals will be sent to each current resident student. |
| Monday, March 12 | Suite applications and information available in Office of Student Affairs. |
| March 11 - March 16 | Floor meetings to discuss the room draw process. |
| Friday, March 23 | Suite applications due in the Office of Student Affairs no later than 5:00 p.m. |
| Friday, March 30 | Each Suite will be notified by campus mail and email of their application status. |
| Friday, April 13 | Suite resident housing contracts due to the Office of Student Affairs by 5:00 p.m. |
| Wednesday, April 18 & Thursday, April 19 | Singles and Double Rooms Numbers Draw in Forum Room 9 (9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.) |
| Sunday, April 22 | Singles Room Draw in Dows Conference Center from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. |
| Sunday, April 22 | Doubles Room Draw in Dows Conference Center from 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. |
