Especially for International Students

New International Student Orientation (NISO): A required orientation program for all new international students beginning their studies at Buena Vista University. Students arrive prior to the start of the semester to allow for additional orientation to new time, culture and student life at Buena Vista University.
Global Beavers: This peer-mentoring program pairs new international students with current BVU students. GB mentors provide an additional resource to new students adjusting to student life at Buena Vista University.
International Club: This student organization is one of the most active on campus. The International Club promotes international friendship and awareness about world cultures throughout the university and the community.
