Error Messages

If you receive an error message other than those listed below, please contact the library or computer center.  If possible, include the exact text of the error message.

Username and Password Errors

Username not in database
Password Incorrect
Login failed. Please check your username and password and try again.
The credentials you provided cannot be determined to be authentic

If you receive any of these errors, please check your spelling and try again.  If you still receive an error message, please review the login instructions.  

 

Maximum Number of Simultaneous Users

A few databases restrict the number of simultaneous users. You may get a "maximum users reached" message. Try accessing the database at a later time.

• CQ Congress Collection (5)
• CQ Supreme Court Collection (5)
• Ebsco eBooks (individual titles available to one user at a time only)
• Mental Measurements Yearbook (4)
• Social Work Abstracts (4)
• Sports Discus (4)
• Value Line (3)
