FAQ
Current Students
Besides providing you with a quality educational experience, which prepares you for future professional growth, convenience is one of the graduate program's main missions. We want you to enjoy the ease of access to materials and program information at any time. Dr. Rita McKenzie, Assistant Dean of Education and Graduate Studies, and assistant Debra Lenhart, are dedicated to supporting you while you are a student at Buena Vista University. If you have questions or comments, please call 800.383.2821, ext. 2162, or e-mail grad@bvu.edu.
Student Benefits
Students in BVU's graduate program have access to several important benefits. Some benefits apply regardless of students' distance from campus, while others are more readily available to graduate students in the Storm Lake area.
BVU-Microsoft Software Agreement
An agreement between BVU and Microsoft allows registered students to purchase software at a significant discount through collegebuys.org. For information and promotional codes, contact Bruce at BVU's 2Fix .
ACES
BVU's Academic and Cultural Events Series offers first-rate plays, recitals, musical ensembles, and speakers. Complimentary tickets are available to students. More information is available on the ACES website.
Athletic Events / Lamberti Recreation Center
Admission to Beavers football, basketball, wrestling, and other events is open to students and family members who accompany them with the student ID card.
