FAQ
At Buena Vista University we are first and foremost committed to the learning of our students. Our mission makes that clear: BVU develops students for lifelong success through innovative and imaginative academic and professional preparation. The University’s Master of Education programs take that commitment to a new level as we support the professional development of the region’s P-12 teachers. Understanding the challenges of the 21st century classroom as well as the challenges required in mastering the art and craft of teaching, we designed this program for teachers who have at least three years of experience and who are seeking to elevate their current practice. Furthermore, our theory to practice orientation means that we designed the program and its courses so that your classroom becomes the laboratory for testing the theories and practices you are learning.
