Single Occupancy

If an individual resident occupies a room designated as double occupancy, that individual will be given two (2) weeks from the date notified by the Director of Residence Life to select a roommate. During this period, a new roommate will not be assigned. At the end of the two week period, the Director of Residence Life may assign a roommate if the space is not filled. The University reserves the right to bill double occupancy rooms used as singles at the higher, single occupancy rate. Students who wish to fill the space and need assistance finding a roommate should contact the Residence Hall Director and/or Director of Residence Life.
