The terms “residence” or “campus housing” used herein refers to the suite, residence hall room, or houses owned or leased by the University as applicable. “Housing arrangement” means the Buena Vista University Residence Life Housing Contract Terms as applicable. All Buena Vista University students, members and guests are required to adhere to these policies when in our campus residential facilities. Community: The University believes that living on-campus is an important part of the educational experience that provides students with additional opportunities to learn and develop. Living in a high context society, means that the importance of the community is paramount that requires students to learn to be contributing members and good citizens in an environment that celebrates diversity and the respectful exchange of ideas.
