Spam

If you receive a spam message that was not flagged as spam you can follow these instructions to send it to BVU’s antispam provider.

  1. Open Outlook and click the New Email button
  2. Enter spam@bvu.edu in the To: field
  3. Click the Attach Item button and select Outlook Item
  4. Select the spam email message and make sure the Attachment button is selected, click OK
  5. Send the message

If you receive a message that was marked as spam, but it is a legitimate message you can follow these instructions to send it to BVU’s antispam provider.

  1. Open Outlook and click the New Email button
  2. Enter nospam@bvu.edu in the To: field
  3. Click the Attach Item button and select Outlook Item
  4. Select the spam email message and make sure the Attachment button is selected, click OK
  5. Send the message
