Provides walk-in, email, phone and web-based support for issues related to computers, software, printers, network and phones.

Provides walk-in, email, phone and web-based support for issues related to academic technology, such as online courses, classroom technology, individualized and/or group training on software, including Angel, Collaborate and Microsoft Office.

BVU Information Desk
Serves as central switchboard for the BVU campus and includes services such as Lost & Found and general information about upcoming events on campus. The Information Desk is located in the Forum. If you wish to speak to someone about a support issue, please contact the Help Desk at 712-749-2FIX or 1-800-248-4462.
Provides support and equipment maintenance for all major BVU events, including ACES speakers and performances, the American Heritage Lecture Series, and holiday festivities.
Manager Event Technology
Mail & Printing
Offers a full range of postal office functions, including sending and receiving packages from FedEx and UPS. Also serves as the campus print shop for large projects that involve professional production of a copies.
Mail & Printing Specialist
Supports the Enterprise Resource Program upon which all business operations of BVU rely. BVU is in the process of migrating from POISE to Jenzabar CX/JX.
