Easy Directions
Take 1-29 NORTH towards Sioux City.
There will be a spur indicating the way to Hwy 20 East - follow it to the RIGHT.
You are headed in a northeasterly direction now.
Watch carefully for the sign that indicates the exit for Hwy 20 East and take it to the RIGHT.
Stay on Hwy 20 for about an hour. Be looking for Hwy 110 (to Schaller).
Turn LEFT on Hwy 110 and continue through Schaller north.
The road will eventually curve around to the east again.
Approaching Storm Lake, the road curves north (by the airport) and you will see the town and the lake.
Follow Hwy 110 as it comes into Storm Lake. When it curves right, stay with it.
This turns into 5th street.
At the corner of Fifth and Lake Avenue (our main street) you will see 3 banks (Bank Corners).
Turn RIGHT onto Lake Avenue.
Follow Lake Ave. all to way to the lake and turn left (there is no stop sign, you have the right away). This is now Lakeshore Drive. Follow Lakeshore with the lake on your right though the stop lights. You will see King's Pointe to your right.
Faster Directions
On I-29 you go north until you see a sign for Hwy 20 East to Fort Dodge.
Take the exit to the right and go east.
This is a bypass, and you will have to take another exit to actually get onto Hwy 20.
You will stay on Hwy 20 through Lawton and Moville.
As it comes to Correctionville, watch for sign to Hwy 31.
Turn LEFT on Hwy 31, going north.
It will wind around and take you through Washta and Quimby.
As you leave Quimby the road bends around to the right (east). Continue on Hwy 31.
Eventually you will come to the intersection of Hwy 31 and Hwy 59. Continue STRAIGHT.
Hwy 31 is now called C63. It will take you directly to Storm Lake.
Finally you will come to a T-intersection (a Pronto Gas Station is to the left).
You will turn LEFT and drive into Storm Lake.
You are now on 5th street.
Follow 5th Street to Lake Ave (our main street).
This intersection is called "Bank Corner" (for reasons which will become apparent to you).
Turn RIGHT (south) onto Lake Ave.
Follow Lake Ave. all to way to the lake and turn left (there is no stop sign, you have the right away). This is now Lakeshore Drive. Follow Lakeshore with the lake on your right though the stop lights. You will see King's Pointe to your right.
