Requirements 

When you apply for admission to Buena Vista University as a first-year student, we look at your application and other documents individually. We're very careful to admit students that will "fit" well at BVU, instead of plugging numbers into a formula to see if applicants qualify.

Our recent average freshman student had a 3.3 high school GPA, a score of 22 on the ACT, and was in the top one-third of his or her graduating class (keep in mind, these numbers are averages — not minimums).
