  You can use this form to request that your/your spouse or parents’ tax transcript be sent to BVU. If you would rather have the transcript sent to your home to be forwarded to our office, you can request a transcript online at www.IRS.gov or by calling 800.908.9946. Using the IRS data retrieval tool on the FAFSA is also an option.
