About Tasha: Her hobbies include: Tennis, Singing, Scrap-booking, and water skiing. Inspirational person in her life: My Uncle Bruce, He went through life with a huge heart and a positive attitude. I never heard him complain about any struggle he had to go through. He kept his faith even during his biggest struggle and fought so hard. I hope to be able to go through life with the same attitude and love.

High School Highlights: 4 varsity tennis letters, MVP tennis award, 3 captain awards, Girls State Team Sportsmanship award, Outstanding Female Athlete award, Tennis academic All-State, 4 academic letters, Regents’ Scholar award, President’s Education Award, Graduated with Highest Honors, 3 chorus letters, National Honors Society

College Highlights: Picked up four wins during her freshman season in 2011-12, including three while playing the number five slot. Her first career singles triumph came at Northwestern College (IA) before she won three straight overall heading into the IIAC Tournament. In doubles play, she added six more victories, including three of her final four of the fall season.
