#3 Dakota Shaffer

About Dakota: Born 11/3/92...is the daughter of Ron Shaffer and Brenda Shoff...has one brother, Laramie Shaffer, who wrestled in college at both Iowa State and Augustana, as well as one sister, Kylee Henderson.

High School Highlights: Was a four-time letterwinner for the Huskies where she was tabbed Honorable Mention All-Conference as a junior and Second Team All-Conference as a senior. She led the team in goals in 2010 and was a key contributor to a defense which posted 11 shutouts in 18 regular season games in 2011.

In addition to her time on the field, she also earned two varsity letters as a member of the cross country team.

College Highlights: Appeared in 18 games as a freshman in 2011 and scored her first career goal against Finlandia University before adding her only assist of the season a day later against Northland College.
