#7 Bailey Schafbuch

About Bailey: Born 3/7/91...is the daughter of Joseph and Brenda Schafbuch...has three sisters, Whitney, Quincy, and Aubrey, as well as three brothers, Sawyer, Caleb, and Ike.

High School Highlights: Played for coach Barb Baumgardner and was a three-time letterwinner for the Bombers, while earning all conference honors and serving as a team captain. Following her senior season, she was voted MVP by her teammates. In addition to volleyball, she was a four-time letterwinner in both track and softball. On the track, she was all-conference and a four-time state qualifier, while earning all-conference honors on the diamond while playing centerfield. Aside from athletics, she was a member of the National Honor Society, Student Council, was listed on the Honor Roll all eight semesters, and earned Academic All-Conference accolades in all three sports.

College Highlights: Is a two-year letterwinner. Had a career year as a junior where she appeared in all 32 of the team’s matches and tallied a career-high 269 digs. She turned in a career-best 16 digs against Carleton College on September 10. Aside from playing volleyball, she's also been active with several volunteer activities during her career including AWOL, Tornado Learning Club, has served as a math tutor, and with internship showcase presentations.
