About Tyler: Born 2/12/91...is the son of Shawn and Tami Huntsman...has one brother, Brenden.

High School Highlights: Was a three-time letterwinner for the Tigers where he was a three-time All-District player, was named the Up and Coming Player in 2006, served as team captain in 2007-08, and was listed on the All-Academic team from 2006-08. In addition, he was a four-year letterwinner in basketball, while lettering once in both track and golf. In addition to athletics, he received the 2008 Scholastic Award and the NMAA Sportsmanship Award.

College Highlights: As a freshman in 2009, Tyler appeared in 16 games, including nine starts. He registered the first assist of his career on September 8th, against Faith Baptist. As a sophomore, Tyler appeared in 17 games and started 13 for a defensive unit which allowed its fewest number of goals since 2006. He then started all 16 games he played in as a junior, and was again a key defender for a team which again lowered its goals against total, while also chalking up a pair of shutouts.
