About Matt: Born 1/2/91...is the son of John and Darla...has one sister, Suzie.

High School Highlights: Played for coach Rick Braby and was a three-time letterwinner for the Generals. As a junior and senior, he was a First Team All-Conference selection. In addition to golf, he lettered two years in both football and basketball and one year in baseball. Aside from athletics, he was a member of the National Honor Society and was on the Siouxland All-Academic Football Team.

College Highlights: In his first season with the Beavers, Matt saw action in two events. His low round score was an 83. In his second season in 2010-11, he golfed 14 total rounds for the Beavers and had one top-10 finish when he tied for eighth to open the season during the team’s dual match against Northwestern College (IA). His round of 78 to open the Ryerson Fall Classic was his career-low.
