About Kyle: Born 3/6/91...is the son of Dick and Darcy Hooks...has three sisters, Bri, Jess, and Kaitlin.

High School Highlights: Lettered three years for the Panthers and was an All-Conference MVP performer as a senior. In addition to basketball, he lettered twice in football and was a First Team All-Conference selection as a junior and was an All-State selection as a senior. He also lettered two years in both golf and track and one year in baseball.

College Highlights: Is a three-time letterwinner entering his final campaign. Saw limited action off the bench as a freshman in 2009-10. Made his collegiate debut against Wayne State (Neb.) and made 1-of-2 free-throw attempts in two minutes of play. Played a season-high 19 minutes at Luther College on January 30 and grabbed a season-best six rebounds. A year later, he appeared in 25 games, making his first collegiate start versus Grinnell College on November 22. He scored a career-high 10 points off the bench at home against Simpson College on January 17 before grabbing a career-best 11 rebounds at Luther College on January 26. Last season as a junior, he appeared in 25 games off the bench, and averaged right at seven minutes per contest. He grabbed a season-best six rebounds in 16 minutes versus Northwestern College (IA).
