High School Highlights: He was a four-year letterwinner in football for the Panthers. He earned Second Team All-State accolades as a senior in 2011, while also being named the District's Offensive MVP as a quarterback following both his junior and senior years. In addition to football, he was also a four-year letterwinner in baseball, earning Second Team All-State recognition as a senior. He also lettered four times in track and was a state champion as a member of the 4x400 meter relay team as a senior.
