About Ryan: Born Sep. 8, 1991.....Ryan's the son of Marte and Beth Titman of Boone, Iowa.....He has one brother, Dane, and one sister, Ellen.
High School Highlights: He was a three-time letterwinner for the Toreadors. He played on a state-qualifying team in 2011 and was an all-district selection in 2012. Aside from athletics, he was a member of the National Honor Society, Scholastic Honor Society and was listed on the Honor Roll.
College Highlights: Ryan started 30 of the 35 games in which he appeared in as a sophomore last season, primarily as the team’s starting shortstop. He finished the season on a six-game hitting streak, with multi-hit games in four of those. He posted a career-long seven-game hitting streak midway through the year. His first official collegiate hit came in the season-opener when he went 1-for-3 with an RBI against St. John’s Univ., inside of the H.H.H Metrodome. During the IIAC Tournament, he went 10-for-21 with two RBI and seven runs scored, including a 2-for-4 effort with a pair of doubles and two runs scored in the opener against Luther College. He also tallied a career-best three hits against the Norse in game one of their doubleheader on April 6. Following the year, he was tabbed by his teammates as the Most Improved Player.
