See a schedule of events - newly updated!
The Summer Reunion is for all alumni who graduated from BVU 50 plus years ago (Classes of 1963 and before). This elite group is known as the Cornerstone Guard.
On Wednesday evening, attendees will be the guests of President Fred and the Rev. Susan Moore at their home for a reception.
Thursday is full of informative and interactive sessions by BVU faculty about:
- The Internet
- The Innocence Project of Iowa
- Literature and Iowa authors
In addition, you’ll see a special glass blowing demonstration by a BVU alumnus.
Don’t miss this chance to see campus again, learn what’s happening at BVU today and meet and reminisce with your fellow alumni.
Alumni give the Summer Reunion great reviews!
“It is always fun to visit with old friends and, of course, relive old times. The time we have spent at previous 'Summer Reunions' has been most interesting and rewarding. One of the neat things is meeting with the older grads, many of which weren’t even there when we were students, but share many of the same or similar stories about professors, studies, dates, coffee hours and games. BVU stands out in our memories and it is particularly pleasing to see the improvements showing great growth for years to come.”
- Ron Mau SL’59 and Donna (Rein) Mau SL’58
