Alumni attending Summer Reunion 2017 had a chance to participate in several educational sessions during their day on campus. The first session featured STEM Education through a hands-on activity led by faculty members Dr. John Bedward and Dr. Ben Maas.

In the second session, attendees created a video clip in BVU's University Cable Network television studio with Professor Jerry Johnson SL'85.  Participants had a chance to run cameras and equipment at the TV station and then do a short voice clip that will be used next fall on KBVU - the university's radio station.

Following lunch, the group listened to a presentation from the Director of the Iowa Tourism Office, Shawna Lode SL'96. Shawna shared information on the many unique, unexpected and authentic places to add to your Iowa bucket list. Did you know that Iowa is home to two national scenic byways, the only remaining hotel designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and the world's crookedest street?  Enjoy your peek at attendees in the classroom!
