In a demanding, global workforce, the need to stand out in a crowd is becoming increasingly important. Whether you wish to gain employment, sell a product, or just distribute your ideas, you need to find a way to stand out in the clutter. This begs the question: how can I demonstrate my remarkable qualities in a unique way? Our research illuminates the importance of personal branding and how to use social media to attain personal and professional goals as well as how to utilize a variety of multimedia tools to present brand YOU in a dynamic and meaningful way. The world is changing. Power dynamics are shifting. Don’t be left behind.
