King’s Pointe: Meeting the Expectations?

The King’s Pointe Resort is one of the largest public works projects ever undertaken by a town the size of Storm Lake, IA (population 10,000). This research project analyses the success (or failure) of King’s Pointe with respect to profitability, self-sustainability, and whether certain selling points are living up to the expectations set forth by individual supporters.
