Graduating Seniors:

Prior to graduating, you will need to address your college loans. We are offering a Question and Answer Come & Go Session, which will be optional, on May 2 from 3 -4:30 p.m., in Hansen 8. Representatives from the Business Office, Office of Financial Assistance and Iowa Student Loan will be available for questions.

Teachers Exit

May 23 at 10 a.m. in Smith 205, Gary Adams from Iowa Student Loan will be at the teachers exit meeting to talk about loan forgiveness programs for teachers. Representatives from the Business Office and Office of Financial Assistance will be available for questions.

Student Teachers who were awarded the Teach Grant are required to also complete Teach Exit Counseling at www.nslds.ed.gov.

Direct Stafford Loan Exit Counseling Requirement

Go to www.studentloans.gov and sign in with your Department of Education pin number (FAFSA Pin) to complete Direct Loan exit counseling online.

Perkins/Institutional Loan(s) Exit Counseling

Go to https://www.ecsi.net.

Click on the following:

  • 'Borrowers' link
  • Student's Link 'My Account' link

Enter the following:

  • School code: Z7 (Zone 7)
  • Account: SS#
  • Password: Pin#
  • 'Login' button
  • 'Exit Interview' link
