Dear Graduate:

Congratulations on your upcoming BVU graduation! You’ve worked hard to get to this point and you should be very proud.  It is our pleasure to welcome you as one of the newest members of the Buena Vista University National Alumni Association.  Soon you will join the ranks of over 24,000 Buena Vista University alumni across the world.

When you stop in to pick up your cap and gown for commencement, please plan to spend 5-10 minutes to complete some important paperwork for the Offices of Career Services and Alumni Relations.  The information you will be asked to provide will:

1) Help the Office of Career Services prepare an annual statistical summary of your graduating class.  This information is vital in assessing our programs and tracking trends in employment and graduate school attendance from year to year.

2) Allow the Office of Alumni Relations to keep you informed of all that is happening with your alma mater.  You will continue to receive news about Buena Vista University, details about alumni events like Homecoming and receptions in your community as well as information about how you can continue to play an important role in the life of BVU and future generations of students.

In addition, look forward to receiving a special gift from The Office of Alumni Relations to welcome you into the BVU National Alumni Association.
